Awards
At the end of the Queen's Undergraduate Conference on Literature, three papers will
receive conference awards. To learn more about these awards, read below.

Challenger
Awarded to an individual whose paper and presentation challenges the traditional literary canon, questions the perceived understanding of a text, or explores a niche topic that drives new questions about how we interpret the past, present, or future within these new boundaries. The challenger reevaluates the position of a canonical text in an innovative way.
Presenter
Awarded to an individual whose paper and presentation is most creative and challenges the expectations through presentation style and delivery. This individual has utilized the presentation space to create a well organized, engaging, and memorable presentation while discussing the topic effectively.


Researcher
Awarded to an individual whose paper and presentation is the most professional and well prepared. This individual shows an adept skill in answering questions and presents the topic in a fluid manner.
